How it works

Reply to your order email, or write to us from the address you used to buy. We refund the full amount to the card or wallet you paid with.

Your statutory rights

The books are digital content delivered right after payment. With your express consent to immediate delivery, and your acknowledgement that this ends your 14-day right to cancel once delivery starts, that right ends when delivery begins. Our 30-day guarantee still applies, so you are covered for longer. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
